Chùa Phổ Giác

Chua Pho Giac also called Stone  or Elephant Temple, is located Ngo Si Lien, Dong Da, Hanoi.
The temple worship Buddha and Phan Canh Diep- who domesticated Elephants under Le dynasty. Walking inside the temple, you will see distinction of Chua Pho Giac. That is lions who are kneeling  down in the ground toward to Thang Long Citadel.
In 1900, The temple was recognized a historical, cultural relic. At the beginning month or year, Not also Buddhist come here to pray for them and their family but also many people from other cities visit that.
